Include safe diagnostic details

Tell us which client you use, the time of the problem, and the visible error. A service version and aggregate health status can help. Keep passwords, API keys, access tokens, verification codes, authentication links, and private email content out of support requests.

Connection availability

The current native service runs on an operator's Mac. Remote MCP depends on that Mac and its tunnel remaining online. The public website health check confirms the website responds; it does not verify Gmail access or message delivery.
